IMPORTANT NOTE ON SIZING
Each MAD Pressed nail set includes 10 nails. Ensuring a perfect fit for each individual nail is our top priority, as we want every set to feel like it was made just for you.
For new customers: We will be sending a complimentary sizing kit via mail. Please complete the kit at your earliest convenience, as we cannot begin creating your set until your sizing information has been uploaded.
For returning customers: If you have used the same contact information in your previous orders, we will automatically use the sizes on file. If you placed an order under a different name or contact details, please contact us so we can update your information and proceed with creating your set.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please be sure to review your order details carefully, especially sizing, before completing your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
A NOTE ON COLOR AND DESIGN
Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on your screen due to lighting and display settings. If you're ordering a set with a design, each one is hand-painted with care, which means no two sets are exactly alike. Design placement and small details may vary slightly, making each set uniquely yours.
PROCESSING TIME
Each set is made to order with care. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing before your order ships. If you’ve ordered a sizing kit, your processing time will begin once we receive your sizes. We appreciate your patience. Good nails are worth the wait!
